This is a course of three workshop sessions.
Life is organic and as such it is evolutionary and constantly changing. As humans we know this and yet what we yearn for at times appears to us as static – unchanging. We desire goals and destinations which we believe once we get to will ‘make us happy’, fulfil our dreams and end our sorrows. But reaching these goals can seem elusive, as daily life often gets in the way whilst we ‘respond and react’ to circumstances around us.
Sound familiar? It did to us – so here’s a completely new three-part workshop series for Number 56, hosted by the skilled and personable Alison Langrick. Very friendly, yet professional and focused, the sessions will aim to find the ‘gap’ in the noise of your life – the ‘Me Time’ that everybody needs.

Alison is an accredited and qualified Life and Performance Coach with over nine years’ experience supporting hundreds of individuals to reach their goals. She has a unique ability to help you to discover your true potential and work with you to unlock your goals and desires for the life you wish to lead. Over the years, she has amassed a wealth of skills including mindfulness and meditation, and NLP techniques, which complement and aid her coaching skills.
Alison’s own life experiences give her a very practical empathy: working in Education for twenty years involved an ‘on-off treadmill’ of life as a busy single-mum – juggling career, home and finances, with little time for herself.
In 2017 she decided to create a life for herself which combined her coaching skills with her 30+ years knowledge and love of gardening to develop a distinctive service for her clients, with The Gardening Companion. Self-coaching herself to this new life, she now combines her passions with ‘work’ and creates her own daily timetable.
Her techniques use a plethora of creative and exciting ideas and activities to motivate and inspire you to find what your personal brand of inner peace and ‘Me Time’ looks like.
